Leroy Sibanda

Leroy Sibanda is an MSc candidate in both the Integrated Design and Management program as well as the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science program. His research interests include modular nuclear reactor systems, cost estimation and financing of nuclear reactors in Lesser Economically Developed Countries, as well as high temperature gas reactor applications. Originally from Zimbabwe, Leroy graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics. He then spent a few years in industry working in mechatronic systems design and analysis, before joining the MIT community.
